SCULPT uses full-body movements to create a long and lean physique and tones and trims the body. Each move is meant to accentuate your features, never bulk the muscles. Using light weights and high repetition, you will give your body a workout it has never experienced before.

What to bring:

  • Rubber yoga mat,
  • Large towel or multiple hand size towels
  • Water
  • CLEAN workout/tennis shoes (please carry your shoes in with you)
