Through regular practice of Bikram Yoga, you can systematically diagnose and repair every part and every function of your body, stimulating and healing your body from fingertips to toes, bones to skin, down to every single cell. Don’t forget about the heat! Yoga changes the construction of the body from inside out. So before you change it, you have to heat it up to soften it, because a warm body is a flexible body.
