What is 26&2 Hot Yoga?
This beginners Yoga Class, the original hot yoga, is a series of 26 postures with 2 breathing exercises practiced in a room heated to 105°F with 40% humidity in 90 minutes. Each posture in the sequence is designed to safely stretch and open the body in preparation for the next posture.
The 26&2 Method stimulates the organs, glands and nerves, and systematically moves fresh, oxygenated blood to 100% of the body. It restores all systems to a healthy working order, just as nature intended.
Physically accessible to people of all ages, fitness levels and conditions, 26&2 Hot Yoga leads to increased mental clarity and ultimate relaxation for practitioners by building a strong physical and mental foundation.
What is Power Hour Hot Yoga?
Our Power Hour 26&2 Hot Yoga class is essentially the same as our 90 minute hot yoga class, only done in 60 minutes. This beginners yoga class goes through the same 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises moving at a slightly quicker pace. A unique flow between multiple postures keeps the class moving to still give you the benefits of hot yoga, done in 60 minutes.
